A Personal View:
Howard has been practicing law for over 30 years. His practice includes family law, employment law, labor law, healthcare law and corporate law. He practices before state and federal courts and administrative agencies in Wisconsin. In addition to litigation practice, he also acts as a mediator In assisting litigants in resolving complex disputes.
Often referred to as “The best divorce attorney north of Milwaukee,” Howard takes great pride in practicing family law. “I like family law because it is really about taking care of people; people who are often in difficult situations. A divorce demands someone who listens, someone who solves problems and someone who can be passionate, yet objective. Attorneys often forget how people feel. To be a successful attorney, you have to be respectful of people’s feelings. I do not see cases, I see people.“
Howard believes the most important part of being a good attorney is listening. He advocates for his clients 100% of the time and can count on one hand the number of employment law cases which he has lost or mediation efforts that were unsuccessful.
Howard has been recognized as one of the top attorneys in the Fox Valley. His litigation philosophy is simple. “I strive for attention to detail, preparation and a commitment to excellence.“ This philosophy has resulted in Howard’s high standing among clients and his peers.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Jeff worked in corporate America which culminated in a position as a controller and human resource manager. He brings a duality of vitally important skills to his practice areas.
Jeff has brought hundreds of injury cases to a successful resolution and he enjoys fighting for the rights of the injured. Jeff's management and accounting background, as well as a Master's Degree in Business Administration, that he utilizes in the practice of business, employment and general civil litigation, employment law and business disputes makes him an invaluable resource for the clients at Di Renzo & Bomier.
Jeff likes to spend time with his three young children and his wife. Jeff is also very involved in volunteer activities. For example, Jeff was a big brother for many years when he lived in Stevens Point, and immediately got involved in the Big Brothers of the Fox Valley organization when he moved into the Fox Cities. Jeff has also served on volunteer boards such as the local YMCA and has volunteered his time to provide free legal services for residents of the Fox Valley.

Meghan Healy is a partner at Di Renzo & Bomier. Meghan's focused areas include Family Law, Employment Law, Worker's Compensation and Guardian ad Litem representation. Many clients in these areas are experiencing the most difficult times in their lives. One of the most rewarding aspects of her practice for Meghan is her involvement in discussing client's options and resolving their difficulties.
Meghan is prepared to assist clients throughout the process of their case, including mediation, arbitration and when necessary, litigation. Meghan prides herself on strong communication with clients and preparing clients for each step of the case.
While in law school, Meghan taught a course at a Milwaukee Public High School called "Street Law," in which she explained how the law affected students in their every day lives. Meghan continues to teach high school students in the Fox Valley as a mock trial coach. Meghan believes in helping individuals to realize that the law exists to protect them. Helping to protect people's legal rights is one of the main reasons she chose to practice law. A favorite saying of a former professor sums up Meghan's belief: "We practice law to protect those who cannot protect themselves."

Prior to joining Di Renzo & Bomier, John spent nine years as a civil litigator primarily representing insurance companies on the defense side. However, John recently switched gears to focus on helping individuals in most need of legal assistance - those who are injured through no fault of their own, as well as other individuals and businesses in need of legal assistance . John is a skilled trial lawyer who cares deeply about his clients, ensuring equal access to justice, as well as a believer in the constitutional right to trial by jury. While most cases settle short of trial, John relies heavily on his extensive trial experience and approaches every claim with the mindset that it will proceed to a jury trial - an approach that puts his clients in the best position for a positive outcome.

Outside of the office, John enjoys traveling, reading, exercising, and cooking. John's main passion is spending quality time with his young family including his wife, Whitney, their children Theodore and Sophia, as well as their two rescue dogs, Mac and Mister.
